kde-l10n-zhcn software package provides Simplified Chinese (zhcn) localization for KDE, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-zhcn
kde-l10n-zhcn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-l10n-zhcn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-l10n-zhcn *
You will get with kde-l10n-zhcn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
